The Bins
Beginning in October, we placed bins in the lobby at New Life and in two of the children’s classrooms. The purpose is to collect general needs items for Church Under the Bridge such as tarps, sleeping bags, blankets, etc. Since then, we have been overwhelmed by New Life’s generosity. Every time we check the bins, they’re full! We are blessed by God’s favor and thankful to all who have generously contributed and who are continuing to do so!
Please add me to your list of contacts so that I will receive notices of the monthly gatherings under the bridge. I would very much like to be a part of Church Under the Bridge and help in any way that God leads me to.
Please let me know what is needed for the next “church under the bridge” gathering on Jan. 31st (i.e., food, etc.).

Corri – We have added you to our distribution list for CUB. Thank you for your heart to serve Jesus. We will be serving deli sandwiches at our next gathering on the 28th of February. We will be posting an outlined message regarding the meal soon, but if you would like to bring either some sort of soft baked goodie or a case of chips (Lays boxed variety pack at Costco) and a couple of chairs to sit in while we eat with our friends that would be great. We are fairly new to New Life, but we were in the Saturday evening service the week you did your presentation. We were so touched by the work that you are doing that we have decided that we would like to join you the next time you go downtown to serve the homeless population.

We’re glad that you’d like to come downtown with us this month! Typically, we meet downtown on the fourth Sunday of every month, and information about where to go and what time is always updated on our blog. However, this month we are meeting on the third Sunday, April 17 because of Easter conflicts. Hope to see you there!
