Church Under the Bridge is a multi church outreach that serves the homeless in downtown Portland, Oregon under the Steel Bridge the last Sunday of every month. Andy and Serenity Coulombe of Mustard Seed Ministries began this ministry about 2 years ago and the ministry continues as an extension of the Love of Christ to those in need. We share a meal, clothing, personal needs and our hearts.
